Well established spa that offers Massage, Waxing & Scrubs. This October will be our 5th Anniversary in business. We have 10 rooms and currently doing [removed phone] services per month & over 5,000 clients. OPEN 7 days a week. This FALL we will be opening our 2nd location that will be in Land O Lakes, we are interviewing now. Description:? Pay: $20/hr per massage (1099) Independent Contractor (30 min ~$10, 45 min~ $15 ~ 60 min~$20, 90 min~ $30, 2hr~$40) Plus tips ~$1 raise per year. ? Offer 30/45/60/90-minute & 2 hour hands on sessions with a 15 minute space between massages.? All massage supplies provided.? Can receive 10% Commission on product sold. ? Benefit: 40% off on any service or purchase of Gift Certificates. This is to make sure you take care of yourself. ? All massages are designed specifically based on clients individual needs.? Promote the health and wellness benefits to client`s receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.? Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.? Generate new clientele through promoting member referral and guest pass programs.? Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.Position requirements:? Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.? Must carry liability insurance.? Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.? Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.? Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.? Able to work flexible days and hours. Over 80 hours of availability per. We are open 7 days a week.? Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.? Pay is every two weeks.
